The Spring Seminar was held from February 17 (Wednesday) to 21 (Friday) and 8 students have participated in it. At the Spring Seminar, 8 participants worked on application development like the followings. Mr. Riku Otono from the University of Tokyo had a lab experience program from Dec. 7th to Dec. 18th. He developed a multi-modal AR system combining an olfactory display and an HMD. In September, 2020, we welcomed three interns; Mr. Ishizuka from National Institute of Technology, Yonago College, Mr. Shimokubo from National Institute of Technology, Kagoshima College, and Mr. Hatakeyama from Waseda University. Mr. Ishizuka did the internship entirely online for two weeks and learnt how to use Unity and Vuforia to detect hand-drawn illustrations, make them float and animate in mid-air, and realize an AR shooting game.
